Our products are fully designed and developed in Korea, manufactured in China, and shipped from Hong Kong.

U.S. Customs Policy Update (Effective August 29, 2025)

Please be informed that, as of August 29, 2025, the United States has abolished the de minimis exemption for imports valued under USD 800. As a result, customs duties may now be applied to low-value shipments.

Estimated Duty Amount

Most customers are charged approximately USD 25~28 in customs duties; however, the exact amount may vary depending on the recipient’s state and local customs procedures.

Responsibility for Customs Duties

Customs duties assessed on the original shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Lexion is unable to prepay or directly settle customs duties on behalf of individuals due to U.S. customs regulations.

Reimbursement for Replacement Shipments

In circumstances where a replacement shipment is necessary due to a product defect or an issue attributable to Lexion, we will reimburse the customer for the customs duty via PayPal.
(Please note that only reimbursement is possible; direct payment of duties on the customer’s behalf is not permitted.)
